Out of Firefox, Opera and IE, Firefox uses up the most system resources and puts the biggest strain on your system.

That's in no way Firefox exclusive.

So does Opera.

so does IE and Konqueror and... almost every other browser.

And yes, I am going to counter every "firefox is good" comment you say, because there is no good reason to use firefox over any other browser, besides that "it's what I'm used to."

Not only is it what I'm used to, but there is not enough perceivable superiority in other browsers for me to consider switching. Opera might be technically better, but in my experience it's just Firefox with the top part reorganized.

Well, in IE, there's two ways: you can click the "Favorites" dropdown menu, or you can use the Links bar.
in Opera, you can use the "Bookmarks" dropdown, Start toolbar or the Links panel.

Sheesh, you're giving Opera less of a chance than I gave Mac OS X when I tried it.

And Mushpie, that's part of "it's what I'm used to." I'm used to IE, so I won't switch to Firefox.

On systems or situations where I can't/shouldn't use IE, I use Opera, since that's also what I'm used to. I could use Firefox, but I don't want to, and there's no reason for me to.

I actually do have firefox on my computer. It's permanently set up to use privoxy, though, only so that I didn't have to mess with either of my good browsers to use privoxy.

Perfect reason to switch to Opera.

And so could Windows Task Manager. Firefox allowed me to restore my session.

In Opera, just hit disable scripts in this page and you're done. What if you’re using Linux or some other operating system?
(God I love Microsoft Office's spelling and grammar.)

Opera does it too. Opera even lets you recover tabs you closed.

Firefox may let you do that as well... I haven't played much with Firefox 2.0.
