I'd probably say bless you then walk away. Or I wouldn't notice in the first place. Or I wouldn't care. Seriously, I'm pretty unsanitary.
I'm used to saying bless you... I don't know, it feels weird when someone else doesn't acknowledge a sneeze. I don't think of it with any religious connotation, more like, oh you're okay right back on topic.

Sorry Jordan, but I find people who sneeze in faces disgusting and I seriously would get physically ill over it. Depending on whether it was intentional or accidental would decide on my aim and direction

I think people are overly germophobic. Unless it like, got into your mouth, it probably wouldn't even affect you. And seriously, what's the worst that could happen? A flu, maybe? Probably just a minor cold, if anything. That's hardly worth any of this face-puking knee-breaking craziness.

well, yeah - germs keep us alive. they keep resistances up and keep us FIGHTING STRONG.
but as far as I'm concerned, we get enough from everywhere around us, everytime we breathe. you don't need someone to sneeze into your face to give you the daily germ requirements.
