After that, make a small incision and then drain the blood and thrombus from the wound.

I personally really liked the one with the bomb. It was a nice mix-up.

Besides, the bomb level is pretty early on.

On the Wii version, it sucks. Everything else about the Wii version is great though.

Upon beating it in full you will piss your pants with glee.
Then you'll try to get all "S" rank on hard mode and about midway through it, you'll suddenly forget why killing children in a blind fury is okay.
And then you have to grind up the remains and feed it to the dog, but he can't eat it all.
