Grant Hart hasn't performed here in a few months, he comes and goes. When he is a part of the Twin Cities music scene he's doing some project with a bunch of other known musicians. These little side projects never seem to produce any albums, they just play one or two shows and move on. For example a month or so I heard about a show on the radio 'at the 7th St Entry, Grant Hart's new project [insert unnecessarily long name here] tonight at 11'. I heard he was nearly finished with a new solo album to come out soon(!). I'm not even sure if he even lives in the TC anymore.

Prince on the other hand is playing at Macy's (formally Marshall Fields, formally Dayton's- Minneapolis based department store downtown- now Macy's, but still the center of shopping downtown) for some reason, then playing a big stadium show later this month. He's been hanging around downtown Minneapolis (which is pretty small, so it's easy to spot celebrities there) a lot this month. I guess that's why Minneapolis seems so sexy recently. *mmmmnnnnff-yyeeeeaaaaaaahh!*

It is, of course, a double entendre.
