I saw Transformers July 4th at 11:00am. I loved it! Bumblebee was adorable and Optimus Prime is well, Optimus Prime! That says it all! Just hearing his voice again was great!
I think the movie was enjoyable for those who are familiar with the charactors and those who are not, but it is hard for me to be objective as as I love these guys. It wasn't a perfect movie by any stretch but, I thought it was a great ride though a little long.
Did you see it?
Do you want to see it?
Did you like it? love it?
Or think it sucked monkey balls? |

Thread already exists, but yeah, this movie fscking awesome.
Everybody go see it or I will punch you in the face!
Good action sequences, many laugh out loud moments, and I just found it overall great.
Also, yes, Bumblebee was pretty cool in this.
All of the Transformers were pimped out since the cartoons, and look a helluva lot more badass. _________________

I'm kinda leaning toward the last option, actually.
I guess I shouldn't expect much considering the age group the movie was geared toward but I don't know. I was disappointed. Most of the decepticons didn't have any lines other then saying thier name in transformer language, which kinda pissed me off. I wanted to hear Starscream's earshattering voice like in olden times

A robot peeing on the bad guy is not a laugh out loud moment. _________________

I liked it, although there was an exceedingly annoying clan of black people sitting next to me and my two friends. They laughed at everything.
I was really pumped when they were playing Battle Without Honor or Humanity. I really wished they had it there for longer.
Also, anyone else notice that even robots need a token black guy?

It was fucking retarded. As long as there was a robot onscreen, though, it was good. Every other time it was only fucking retarded. _________________

The humans. Humans are boring.
I loved it. I have the Ratchet, Ironhide, and Jazz movie toys now (can't find a 2008 Bumblebee for the life of me! and still waiting for Voyager Prime).
I want a toy of Mountain Dew Robot! _________________

I want a robot that turns into an actual can of mountain dew, and refills itself each time it does so. |
