I gather that he is acting weird, as in all his videos, just for the fun of it. I seriously doubt that a person can function in daily life, and actually drive a car, when being so mentally unstable. I am pretty sure its all an act. A lot of his vids are just too damn funny, and have been getting alot of hits. There is another guy who does it too.
