Yes. 779 licks. And on a different occasion, I did it in 321, but that was because a "lick" was me dragging my tongue around the Tootsie pop for about thirty seconds, instead of a quick-lick.

Honestly, Noir needs a revival right now. Hopefully that movie, Brick, will inspire more filmmakers to make good noir, and in black and white. (Either Kiss Me Deadly or DOA)
